UR-6
The UR-6 Drone is an American design that is commonly carried by USSF starships of cruiser class and larger.  The UR-6 is tasked with sensor picket duty, covert surveillance, reconnaissance missions, and can act as a hand-off fire control system for antiship missiles.  It is a completely autonomous vessel, though it may be remotely tasked by its mothership.  It is a very fragile vessel as well as being unarmed, but is considered a more acceptable loss than a manned vessel with the same functions. The UR-6 has a large propellant mass fraction, giving it considerable operational endurance.  The UR-6 also enjoys a stealth advantage in that it does not need to be maintained at a human tolerable temperature, and coupled with a directed radiator array means that it is extremely difficult to detect on IR telescopes unless it is actively using its drive system.  UR-6 Drones in Sagittarius are often found on Bonaventure class Explorers, and several have been constructed from licensed design templates by Mercer Heavy Industries.
